I own a house there and I rent it out as a vacation rental I will ad this comment to the newsletter I sent out to people when they inquiry about the house...

Flag is a perfect place to. Ski parks can bring in money during the summer. I know alot of people who would love to have one me being one. They need some guys from up north to start building asap

I signed. I used to ski there and still have lots of friends in Flagstaff so If it does happen that would be a lot of fun to go ride. Good luck!

Good news the bike park is definitely happening! I meet someone at the Angle Fire Bike Park and he has been hired to work with snowbowl. I also know the new assistant Manager of snowbowl and the plans are to eventually make it bigger than Angle Fire. Still one or two years out though.
