This. Was riding clips for the first time in a while last night on at XC ride. Long story short, I pop the chain off on a super steep hill, can't unclip cause I am spinning out, and fall down thr hill lol f*cked my elbow up though, big possibility of cracked/chipped bone tho Frown

I ride egg beaters tho, them on any sort of impact is instant foot hell.
