This is a 2007 norco shore hear is what it has
Sram x9 rd
Sram x9 shifter
Race face d2 stem
Race face d2 bar
Funn headset
hayes el camino 203mm f/b
halo tornado rims f/b
TBH revoluyion hubs
Race face evolve crank
Marzocchi bomber 66 rv front fork
Fox van R rearshock
E-13 SRS chain guide
Sixty peddals
norco seat cr-mo rail
hutchion octopus tires 26/2.50
Any thing to make this under 40 lbs it is at 43.10 lbs right now

you can try lighter tube and tires but they may not stand up to the abuse you put on your bike. lookes like a pretty sick setup i dont think you would notice 3 pounds off a 40+ pound bike

also try a lighter seat and xc aluminum post

Thanks i Am going to need a seat soon anyway do you think I-beam is good and light

-take your frontbrake of or go breakless
-bashring and chainguide off
-plastic pedals
-starr fork
-cut your steer
-lighter cranks
-lighter wheels

you could do something with the sead.

We go down to the local bolt screw company take the bolts with us and match them up. not costly at all.
