Hey I have a 06 Norco six and want a good quality, loud ass hub but as far as I know only 12x150mm hubs are loud dh/fr hubs. So if you know of any good hubs with good engagement and that come as 10x135 spacing do tell.

i've got a funn bullet on my hardtail. EDIT:it's not as loud as my friend's hub on his stab supreme, which is annoying, but it's almost just right. you can definitely hear it, but it's not obnoxious. and it has GREAT engagement.

my chris king hub that i had was pretty loud, sounded like a little gas rc car at full rev. not a fan of loud hubs though, not running the ck anymore. a nice little click i dont mind, but i think people who want a loud hub just want people to notice them as they ride by and check out their bike.

haha true they are attention whores, maybe i am abit too, but I really like rolling in the woods and everything around you is so quite but all you hear is your tires on wood and the clicking hub when freecoasting, its very pleasing to my ear. And also dont the louder hubs have greater engagements and u coast fatser...or am i mistaken?

generally yes louder hubs have better engagement, but i think theres some pretty quiet hubs with amazing engagment also.

Ya I dont have anything against the quite good hubs, but most nice bikes come with those loud clicky once. And plus, BC is bear country, so a loud hub isnt such a bad idea since it will scare off the bears on trails lol... or at least i hope it will..
