Started with this rather beat up Demo 8.
Demo 8 Old
Paint stripped, primered, painted, scuffed, sanded, painted, etc for almost two weeks. Cement grey, with hot rod satin black, covered with a matte clear coat. Still gotta hit the sensitive areas with 3M before throwing it down a mountain this weekend and seeing if it lasts.

Hi All,

I've got some pretty bad shuttle scuffs on my carbon frame. Fortunately the frame is gloss black and the area it has happened is down near the BB so not too obvious but it has been rubbed back to the carbon.

To fix this is it as simple as sanding back, spraying a primer, sanding back again and then spraying with a gloss black? I was going to use car touch-up primer and paint.

Any tips for a rookie?
