it looks like a sunline v1 am stem it has a claimed weight of 148 grams i believe but not sure i also have one but i have stripped the threads out 5 times due to them not being overly strong stems

one of my mates named christian hatcher aka hatch had his 4x bike just over 21lbs and was the lightest 4x bike in the uk supposably but not sure

I know a builder had a guy order a 2 lb 4X frame. He was suposed to be a really good rider and the builder said he would offer no warrenty at all on the frame. Don't know if he actually built it, and I don't think it's possible to get that light (maybe 3 and change) but I'd never ride it either way.

My head tubes with a BB shell and dropouts would be close to a pound I think (never weighed them) And it was to be a steel frame. Maybe road tubing.......

I think I have something to contribute to this forum. My trek ticket just got finished today and with my bathroom scale it weight 24.0 lbs. Gonna get a scale shot tomorrow, ill post up if it's under 24.5 lbs which I'm certain it is.

Specs:

So this is not custom I just swaped wheels and cranks, and seat. not bad.
