I i want to get the hardtail built back up but they brakes are shot after not being used since january, and the drivetrain in worn out,

not for me personally, the way i ride my hardtail it takes far too much abuse and is constantly breaking

'01 Specialized Hardrock Comp
to
'06 Giant Trance 3

and then to

'08 Giant STP 0 (which I still have)
to
'01 Orange 222

I'm really loving the 222!! Absolutely great DH bike for the limited budget I had, certainly more enjoyable than the STP.
