how can i make my bike lighter? and with what other parts and where can i buy the other parts right now it is 32 pounds.

Check mine out and that's how you can make it light.

EDIT: Why do you have a chain tensioner like that...get a regular one, you have horizontal drop outs.

Tires, tubes, wheels, and unnecesary weight like extra long seatpost and very long bar, as well as your chain device. Also brake if you have the front still on unless you like the front.

take out the chain tensioner and cut your chain. that uneccesary weight right there and a 80mm fork myight reduce some weight as well

Well a new wheel set the stock ones are heavy and weak. Maybe some new cranks also.
It would be good to know the weight your currently at..

get some nice light rims, or at least lighter than you have now, MTX 33`s are nice cheap and look good, check out halo sas rims too
