I have seen more than one Intense with holes in the tubing where the weld burnt through... to be honest it looked like someone took a shit on the weld area and then smeared it around some, painted it red and called it good. Strange for such an expensive bike.

I have pictures of a snapped frame from intermediate level down hill. But there's always one right?!
