I never post in the forums, but figured this is a decent place to ask this question.

I'm just really getting in to half-decent videomaking with a DSLR (T3i). I usually film mountain biking, motocross, skateboarding, wakeboarding, etc. (generally brighter outdoor environments).

My question is, should I be using some sort of lens filter? And if so, what would you recommend for a budget filter?

Also debating on buying a cheap external mic... suggestions for that as well? Thanks guys!

Someone delete that.

This is a thread of timps and hits. NOT whoring your video around.

When in doubt, pimp it out! LOL.
