lolz, looks like i might be on an 08 demo frame off a mate, can get it for like £600, so not missing out on a deal like that, means i can sort the whole bike and pay off the forks, win.

A XC carbon bike is one thing a Downhill Carbon bike is another,
The carbon will be obliterated when rock hit the downtube, Retarded idea.

It all depends on the matrix composition as well as how the fiber weaves are put together.
