lol ill agree, strange seeing as biking builds muscle last summer i was slightly underweight, since then bikings become my life, and ive henched up and put on a stone and a half no fat in sight
swimmers build FTW, muscular and toned but mot stupidly weighty or skinny there are an awful lot of skinny riders tho...
Swimmers' build is basically a typical "all-purpose" build - muscle mass, but not in excess. The ultimate is, in fact, male ballerina build. They need perfect muscle tone as well as excellent control and exceptional cardio.
hurts more when you crash though less meat on the body to soften the impact normally goes right the the joint. i swim alot and bike alot so got a very slim tall and skinny build,
i cant gain weight to save my life. I lift every other day ride xc, fr or dh every weekend, and eat fast food for luch everyday. I weight 140lbs and have been that weight since i was 14. would you rather see a bunch of fat arses while you ride? go figure, guys who ride bicycles are thin.
