Agreed. Surprisingly, the most renowned restaurants in the world make their steaks over propane. Charcoal is cool for th expeuwnce though.

weird question, couldn't someone theoretically just race enduro on a full dh bike? like, pedaling between stages is untimed, and you could just mow down courses, and i dont seem to be finding any bike regulations....
