Rims a bit out of true?

hey i found this rim in my garage its a ryhno lite and i dont have money for new rims and i dont really wanna get it trued so ive ridden it for about 1 week now and its starting to get bent because the spokes are so loose so i was gunna ask some tips for trueing ive done it before but not with put a stand and what about tensioning can some one help?

Just go to the LBS and pick up a spoke wrench. Leave the wheel on the bike and strap a zip-tie to the frame/fork to that the end is near the wheel. This will be your gauge for how true the wheel is. Then just tighten here and there.

Or following last nights "How to true a rotor" thread, just go buy a new one.

Bring all of the spokes to a similar tension. You should be able to roughly feel it in your wrist.

Then just find the warped bits and true away. Like half turns.

Or go to Park Tools website and look up wheel truing, they have pictures and everything.
