What grid of sand paper do i use to sand my bike?

Yes, that with some emery cloth or a scotch brite pad to take off the tough stuff works wonders. Trying to hand sand an entire frame is a pain in the arse and just creates unnecessary work.

Not that much... Go to your local hardware store and see. Canadian Tire, Home Depot, etc...

ya so i went to hope depot and they didnt have emery cloth.... but im gonna go check candian tire tom. at leats i can start with the sanding

use paint stripper, dont sand. use the paint stripper then put a few layers of clear coat on. there are several threads on how to do this properly.

ive started sanding. i have used paint striiper. and i hate it. i rather put the 20 hours in ion sanding.

Your suposed to start with a grit with like like 220 then work your way down

wire wool works well, but with sand paper start on a low one like p100 then work up to some thing like p600 or use wet and dry papers.

Woa!! you got WAY to much time on your hands!! the way to go is to sand blast it.. take it to a metal work shop, like machining or somethin, takes like 4 mins... then buff out the grain with emery cloth
