Did you read what his budget is? The frame alone costs as much as he wants to spend.

Those Eastern's are junk. The frame isn't full 4130 cromoly and wont hold up to much serious abuse for long. They're also 24"/26" BMX bikes, not mountain bikes.

Honestly, there's not much you can get for that price as far as mountain bikes go. Either look for a used bike, save up more, or get a 20" bmx.

does anyone know if a mongoose ritual is a good bike or not?

forks are awful my mate snapped the same ones from rear wheel casing a jump!

spec is fairly low, and you wouldn't want gears for street either

look for a DMR Drone maybe
