Late to the party but high quality bladed spokes like CX Ray or Aerolite are awesome except for being expensive.

One of my favorite manufacturing fun facts is how DT Swiss had to set up a new facility since the surprisingly huge machines they use to make the bladed section on the Aerolites were eating through the floor. Says something about what goes into producing them.

Anyway, new "World's Lightest Downhill Bike" project starting real soon.

Finished except the chain guide
32.05lbs Just needs the chain guide so add 80g to the total.

Just completed this build, 32.05lbs as it sits. Just waiting for the chain guide and rear shock mud guard.

That's super badass.. My large 27.5 M9 ended up 34Lbs when I was all done with it. Super stoked on how they ride! You will be stoked!
