There's already a couple of 'post your rides' Banshee threads, but hey, just to add to this one...

It took me a long while to get used to this bike, didn't help that I was also getting back into riding after a couple of years off, so my skillz were at an all time lowRedface , but now really get on with it and am getting smooth on a bike again, definitely excels the bigger, faster and further you push it, so not a beginners bike! It also has some undesirable traits, but these are liveable....

I'm currently saving for either a Wildcard or a Rampant. They seem to be such sweet rides. Razz

I finally finished doing all the upgrades I wanted to my bike now, so its officially dialled as far as I'm concerned - any further changes will only be to replace broken parts or if needs necessitate (I worry my brakes might not hold up to NZ dh courses, as I'm moving to Q'town soon):

(and I don't have the saddle tilted up very much because its 200% more comfortable like that and also allows me to lower it more:P

weight is around the 36-37lb mark I reckon

Nope, just the anodized version. Little bit more durable then the painted ones, and slightly lighter! Not that it makes a difference, but its available to anyone.
