i can manual for around 200 feet down hill and on flat i dont know 50- 100 maybe, i use the brake for control as well as my body so i go slower

i can usually manual for about 50 feet or so...on a slope thats prob like 8 or 9 secs... The longest ive gone is a two or three blocks...but i cheat and use my brakes

Down a slight hill; pretty much forever (using the brake). On just flat ground, around 150ft or so, also using the brake.
