I have app. 2000 bucks to spend on a new bike.

I AM MOST LIKELY BUYING USED SO MY BUDGET IS FLEXIBLE.


it needs to be able to pedal uphill SOMEWHAT easily.

I want it to be able to do downhill and freeride.

the most important thing is that it is not a straight up XC bike and that it can really take a downhill trail.

SX trail is the only idea I have right now for an example.

if anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated.
