I have a tensioner but my chain still falls off sometimes...what do i do?

i've been riding for a while with an axiom tensioner for a while now but recently...my chain has been falling off everytime i hit a certain jump at our local jumps... what do i do so it keeps my chain tight?

get a new fram (blkmrkt) with horavontal drop outs. but yeah tighten it hardcore.

Also make you your chain is even with the chain ring and your cog they should be lined up perfectly.
