I miss not being sick. I miss having energy. I miss being able to go out and have fun.
I found this video. I was at that concert. I'm the crazy son of a bitch in the red shirt that flipped off the support beam into the mosh pit at around 0:35. f*ck you Behcets disease, I wanna go mosh.
boom, killed my digital media critique today, photo teacher was stoked that Im only of the only people who properly exposes pictures, but then he was like, im not trying to discourage anyone, but I dont hand out many A's on the first assingment, its like that midterm where everyone does bad... I just looked him in the eyes and said challenge accepted haha. Unsecure image, only https images allowed: http://www.uplolit.com/media/201110/14964b888160fc5b19a19c365cdbb3e9.jpg
Pretty much, nearly every contact sheet I saw there was a 1/4 that were super blown out or just pitch black. Some dumbass girl in my class didn't bring film/ rcpaper/ anything she needed so the teacher paired her up with me to learn darkroom and using up my paper. Bitch that costs me 70bones for that paper stack.
Brandor, that is whack. I don't understand how someone can't operate a film camera and expose something correctly. My roommates constantly play around with my Minolta and can't ever get something focused correctly, or get an exposure right. That being said, been having a bit of a rough time with the inverted backwards thing.
Jealous of the printing.
There are a few up for grabs around these parts. Tempted to pick one up, then just ebay some paper.
How are you guys drying your negatives? Is there a particular room you are storing them? I keep getting little bits of dust on mine.

I dry my negatives at school, and we have cupboards where we hang the film and they were built so they have a certain airflow to keep the dust from sticking to the film. Though, dust does stick on it once in a while... You can kind of see part of the cupboard in this resource guide my school put together for the photo students: http://blogs.eciad.ca/photo/files/2011/07/coop_photomanual_images_vf2.pdf. Page 14.
When I did it at home, I hung it in my shower. Before I did though, I ran the shower for like 3 minutes letting it steam which can help prevent dust.
Dust getting on your negatives is going to happen though. Can't keep it all off. Just buy a rocket blower to blow it off before printing or scanning.
