good heavens.... supposed to go to Lake Chelan east of the mountains for camping..on Thursday… weather looks like shit. Finally got my two big jobs done at work and today something is smoking on my rear brakes...Figured it was pads out back since I haven't done those. pick some up, pull it apart and they are totally thick.... not the pads.... e brake is rubbing the rotor drum on both sides..... pulled it all apart and adjusted it as best I could...as in back the star all the way back and loosen bolt at e brake.... I don't care if there is no brake because if it doesn't work I have to bring wife's car and that means NO BIKE!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHH
Cable is probably siezed, spray it with penetration oil use hammer on backside of drum

Salute will do

Yep Ster, me too size Large. Also Jeff and Shred, I am leaving for Silverstar this Friday morning with my 2 kids. I am hoping to do a late afternoon early evening laps at the hill on Friday and then maybe Sunday or Monday morning adult ride at the hill. James should be getting there also tomorrow.

Parks are opening and summer is full on!

Have my appointment on Friday with the sleep specialist, I already know what the outcome will be... I snore, stop breathing and flip-flop all night so a machine will be in my future. But after hearing enough success stories from folks like MTN and a few fellas at work, i figure its all worth it.

Panorama announced they will not be running the champagne chair for Alpine access this summer because of staff shortage. Going to be lots of disappointed people, me included. I think it's a lame excuse, it only takes 2 fricken lifties to run it and it was only scheduled for weekends....

My day's off to a good start... gonna have to go back to work sooner or later but enjoying freedom while I can.

Always flat here... makes for better fishing and keeps the surfer groms away, win win.

I'm not sure there's a whack of cash in DH riding unless you're the people that run Whistler. I believe we are headed into a time of more and more cuts to lift availability. Might even end up at the point where there are weekend only shuttles at most places.
