well 2020 is off to a good start,
Moved out January 2nd to the 5th
renting a new place now it's now set up including insulating the double car garage so I can work on bikes and sleds!
starting a new job Thursday so now I am starting to get back to where I want to be in life.

I am going to be the Ebike specialist at Rocky Mountain Powerhouse Honda in South Calgary.

They are investing a lot of time and money in this new market and they want to bring other brands. I am stoked because I have pretty much a blank canvas to start with!
And the best part the more I sell the more I make commission is 15% of gross profit on each unit I sell
Watch out here I come!

Had to do it again 8 years later when a pickup decided to park in my living room at 2:15 am. I was so pissed off ! Just used the insurance money and paid to have it repaired :-)

Awesome news Jerome! Glad it's all coming together for you.

I'm stuck in a seemingly endless loop right now.
Wake up, drive wife to work, come home, look for work, send resume, receive emails about how I'm not quite qualified for position A or over qualified for position B. Thank you for your interest in our company anyway. Its starting to get to me. Trying to stay cool headed and not get angry/frustrated about it all.

Sure is different looking for work now. This has been my last 5-6 days.
Step one....Send in professionally prepaid resume.
Step two... Thanks for your interest in our company, you look promising but please take 20 to 30 min to do this get to know you better survey.
Step three... Congratulations you might be cool! However please take time to do this virtual video interview with our paid recruitment service.
Step four... Wait 4-10 days for us to review the video and we will get back to you.
Currently waiting on step five whatever that might be. Hopefully the recruitment bot likes me.
I also hope all of this means I can just send out my clone to do the job once hired and just collect the credits. lol lol

In the mean time the bills keep coming in and the kitty keeps getting smaller. Frown

And... the end draws closer.
This video is now 6 years old.
The machines... will take it all.

Shred, you're looking in Vernon, right?

Is relocation to a different place on the table?

Depends what you mean by relocation.
As of right now I would have to say no to relocation as far as where call home. However I can work anywhere within the southern interior territory. I've applied for jobs here, Kelowna, Kamloops and such. If the territory is reasonable... have job, will travel.
The wife went through the same struggle I'm going through right now a few years ago and landed a great job she loves here in Vernon. I cannot pull her away from that now after what she went through.

yeah we got Fat E-bikes but I just can't see how a 55 pound e-fat bike with 4.8 studded tires is more fun than a 3.0 studded regular Ebike in Calgary. If we lived where it snows a lot a powered E-bike might be ok. I might have to test that on my days off in Fernie or maybe I will bring demos to Invermere and we can party like it's 1999!
