Some of the outbursts by parents are warranted in my opinion. Likely not the kids being disrespectful parts. But the brainwashing parts. We had to lay into the teachers and principals over the last few years for the bullshit fear factory crap they’re pushing on toddlers and young kids. Its the political crap that gets my blood roiling. Teach them stuff that schools teach. If they want to become socialist warriors in college then so be it. But lets get them literate first so they can decipher what they want on their own please.

I definitely grew up in an era where we weren't being fed flavor-aid. if the teacher was giving you shit, generally it meant you were f*cking up. Don't get me wrong, there were some shitty teachers but at least schools could discipline the kids to keep shit in line. but school back then in my stone ages was about fundamentals of getting yourself through life. Home-Ec classes, accounting, history, math, science, accounting, trades (I took auto shop, metal working, woodworking, along with chemistry, analytic trig and calculus....)

what is going on in the schools these days warrants parents absolute outrage. Schools these days scare me. It's right straight to this equity and social justice bullshit and not ANYTHING about building a solid foundation in a person to work from FIRST like you mentioned. Winding these kids up with biased hype and send them out to face the world.

The kids lack of respect towards the teachers is nothing short of shocking. A dear friend of mine in Reno Nevada had an 8 year old child walk up to her and say f*ck you and kick her in the leg. She grabbed the kid by the arm and "took" him to the principal, she got disciplined. WTF ??? In my day after you got swatted by the principal my mom would have beat me into submission!

oh dude...totally. That is so eff'd up. The stories our son relayed to us about how the kids treat the teachers absolutely got my blood boiling. I told him if I ever heard him acting that way he'd never make it to graduation. I also told him to shut that shit down and don't be a part of egg it on. The teachers trying to do good these days are getting crushed....totally hamstrung...

our Principal was not the guy to be worried about. Tough cat but not the prison boss. It was the Asst. Principal you didn't want to wind up face to face with. black suit, white shirt, black tie.BC glasses (you military guys know what those are) Buddy Holly lookin emmeffer....you did not want to get on that guys bad side. He kept shit in line.
