Weird, I share a ton of view points with this guy. Yet I disagree a ton.

I'm the same way with him. Though I'm not the hugest fan of a lot of his work, it's pretty weird (I follow his tumblr, and have a zine of his (I didn't know it was his when I bought it though)). Dude has a bit of an ego though, and some other weird thoughts about photography/art that he posted on his tumblr before. Also not a fan of those ads... I dunno about that comparison to Nan Goldin and Ryan McGuinely either... Terry Richardson I can see. Dude is a character though.

His work is super over sexualized and seemingly objectifying women.

Uhhgh. Where do you draw the line between provocative, and just raunchy for the sake of attention?

Muttley, do you find the flash synch on the X-Pro 1 limiting? I don't know whether to sell the 1D and get an X-pro and keep the X100 as a back up or sell the X100 & keep the 1D.

Sorry Man I've been in Leeds. I've never used it with any kind of external lighting, but I wouldn't sell the 1D till the X Pro 2 exists.

Thanks. Here's hoping the magazine doesn't see them, but whatever, they didn't use them and I don't think they ever will. Not just going to let them sit in the abyss.

Thanks! Still haven't got a clue as to what I'm doing with this kind of photography, so most credit really should be given to the model. All I do is just compose and click a button, simple stuff really especially when just using my contax t2 for them...

Here are a couple Polaroids/Fujifilm peel-a-part instant film things from a shoot. It was so not a f/8.8 type of day that the Polaroid 430 is fixed too, thus the motion blur.

But when you can use a Polaroid 195, the fujifilm 3000b is pretty sharp and the tones are pretty nice.

Having troubles with my speedlite 580ex II, when its on the camera I can only get TTL mode rather than ETTL and my camera doesnt register it as an external flash. However I can take it off the camera and set it as a slave and then it will be ETTL, seems to be a common problem with this flash but no idea how to solve it...
