reign sx. faith is 38lbs with single ply tires and the seat angle is shite for pedaling. reign sx however is a burly build that is on a frame that is designed to pedal up nearly as well as go down.

depends on what you want it for. I bought a 2007 reign x1 with the intention of riding all mountain-ish but i just ended up building up a a fr bike and now thats all i use it for. i'm actually selling my reign x and buying a a faith next year. i can't wait! the faith looks perfect for simple pure efficient freeride.

this is my bike...

Anyone know the hub spacing on the new faith? I would have assumed that it was 150 but I read that it has a 73mm bb so im not so sure anymore.

Why the new Faith? Glory, Faith, Reign, practicly the same frame.
I prefer the oldest Faith has more caracter.

There is a guy riding Dundas Valley Canada that uses the old Faith as an AM and it works great for him. He is also about 6 ft 6 and the large looks small. I'd love to ride a FR and use it for AM but I simply dont have the muscle. Other guys in the woods here use FR and DH bikes for the trails too but again they just do.
The new Giant Faith looks like it would handle great.
