I've been riding this for 3 months now. I never saw myself on a road bike but this thing is insanely fun to ride. I can't say enough good things about how it rides.
Ultegra cranks and rd, 105 shifters and fd, dura-ace bb, 110 headset, deda stem, kore ultimate bars, sd-ultimate brakes ,and right now I'm using 700x23 gatorskins for commuting but I have a sweet pair of kendas for cross. Only thing I'm looking to change are the wheels as theyre pretty heavy but very strong and durable, and maybe a carbon fork.
