well im not sure, cant understand him very well...but he said like..."i woke up, and noticed something around my lip...blah blah blah...i better enjoy it, cause this may be the last time i get to bike" something along those lines

i haven't seen the movie, but perhaps he was talking about maybe having a scare about thinking he had cancer and then realized that every day could be his last so he should make the most of it instead of acting like he will live forever. thats 100% speculation though.
