Can anyone tell me if this hole on the back side of the head tube is normal. To my knowledge it's never been used. I want to sell it but I want to make sure it's safe.

Is there holes running from the headtube into the 2 tubes connecting to it? If so, these are drainage holes for any water that will get into your bike.
