Hello,
Has anyone had any luck replacing their headset on the tues?
Mine is a 2019 cf pro race 27.5 and has an acros headset which is useless. I’d like to swap it to something better? Any information is helpful

I dropped Hope bearings in mine. Same model Tues. For some reason the Acros bearing quality isn't great and my steering felt like it had a damper on! Definitely worth swapping out.

Anyone know if 2018 and 2019 used the same sizes?

Headset details are on here (you have to scroll down a bit)...https://acros-components.com/en/yt-industries

Other specs you can get from VitalMTB - https://www.vitalmtb.com/product/combination/BMC/YT,1088/Bikes,3/Tues

You have to fish a little but useful specs like various sizes can be found.

BB stock was E13. I think frame is pf30 and you need 83mm width and the diameter (24 or 30mm) to match the cranks. https://www.ethirteen.com/products/press-fit-bottom-brackets?variant=29367277191271

Headset stock was Acros AIX-325 which is IS42 upper and IS52 lower. Don’t buy that brand, get a Cane Creek or something else good quality.

Thanks so much. I can wait to get this built up! You don't happen to know what the Seat clap size is do you?

Nice! How does it work? Is the front setup much lighter? Still 200mm back? New cassette? Which dropper post?

I've had a proper nightmare doing my 2017 cf. I ended up with a FSA with a different crown race.
Just one i found in my bit box! its not 'right' but it works.
Check the "Acros" website it should tell you.

Works great I luv it! Yes its lighter since Im having the FOx 38, compared to Fox 40 and front wheels are 29er so its Mullet! and yes the rear is 200mm travel but I have it setup as 25% sag, yes cassette is 11 speed 10-50T, my dropper post is only cheap china Zoom dropper but works well for now, I might upgrade it this winter when I have some budget.
