How are you liking those michelin's? I have a set of dh22 and a dh34 I use on the rear for more hardpack/ park riding. Best tires I've ever had.

They are a bit on the small side so go for the biggest one you can find if you’re riding proper dh race trails. I sold my 2019 XXL 27.5 to a guy that was 6’2” and he was surprised it wasn’t bigger. The 29er XL is bigger than the 27.5 XXL though. Their sizing really doesn’t make much sense sometimes!

I like them more than when I ran Assegai front and rear. Most of the time I prefer to have transition knobs

Size M, I'm 5'10" 150 lbs
225 lb/in rear, Fox Purple spring in the fork
Pretty happy, I wouldn't want a bigger frame

The 2022 TUES comes in 27.5 so you can make a mullet. Or did you mean a Rampage mullet of 26/27.5?

Or the rarest of all, the Skullet, @ 26/29

I stand corrected! SS is the unicorn fossil of MTB.

mm yes the 27" would be mulletable with buying new lower legs and maybe a bit of offset bushing action. The head angle would be nearing 62°, but thats not unheard of (commencal supreme according to 3d measurements, not the geo chart)*

it does seem that they are sticking with what they sell now for the 2022
https://singletrackworld.com/2021/06/yt-release-updated-jeffsy-primus-tues-and-dirt-love/

which is:
- 27 pro race for 6300e
- 29 pro race for 6300e
- 27" al base model for 3500e

which is a bit annoying. The carbon models or anything with fox is only available north of 6k

The Supreme's on paper geometry actually turned out to be quite different to what we measured when we 3D scanned it. Head tube length is bang on and chainstay length measured only 1mm longer, but our bike's head angle was much slacker, at 61.2°, and there was a much shorter reach, at 470mm, along with a higher stack height, at 626mm
