I looked and didn't see a thread about this. What are some tips you do for riding in cold, or rain/wet, ect?

I can list some for cold.

1- Layer clothes with THIN stuff. 3 sweat shirts are warm, but hard to ride in. I like to wear stuff like Underarmor they are thin, and are like a second skin till you get to about 4 layers. Also helps wisk sweat away from you to help maintain a constant body temp. I do this till the temp hits around 40. Lower than that, I haven't found an easy method.

2- If it's in the 50's and upper 40's rubber surgical gloves under full finger gloves is very nice. They block air flow into the gloves(as most allow breathing through the material).

3- Last, hand warmes put in jersey pockets help on days that it is cold when you start a ride but is up to the 60's or 70's before you end the ride. As you can take them out and put them in a seat pack if your warm.
