haha from a vid came thats very nice.. at this size the 16 megapixel dont make a difference really. im selling my vid cam and camera and getting a Nikon D60 with a 18-55 mm lens..i cant wait. and im lucky my bike is working at the moment.
nice, how much is the D60 setting you back? was going to get a decent stills camera, but then i had to fix my bike and all my riding buddies wanted videos, so i got the cheap as hell video camera Smile lol

the D60 with kit lens runs for about 600. For the record, I can say that i called the video camera on those shots haha. now that im right... crazy good shots for a video camera. oh, and DH1409 if youre thinking about getting a new camera and dont have a load of cash, id suggest the Nikon D3000 or D5000 (a little more than the 3000)
im getting the d60 with a nikkor lens for around 500 off ebay...may i ask what is the difference between the d3000 and d60 (sorry im a noob)

ya, that makes sense. to be honest I just found it on amazon and quoted the price. Good choice on shooting with the Nikon though... I shoot with the D90 and love it. But i dont want to hijack the thread with camera stuff, so back on topic tup

actually not much. the d3000 is a bit more entry level. but i think the only difference is that the 3000 runs Nikons new EXPEED processing. Also, the D60 has about.2 more megapixels. Other than that... i dont know off the top of my head

does it? It might, I havent done a ton of reading on those 2 cameras so i just put what i thought i remembered reading. I would get the D60 over the 3000 though. That is, if you have the cash

edit** ok, i did some reading... heres the differences. The D3000 is Nikon's "replacement" for the D60. You'll get better high-ISO noise levels, faster processing, a better AF (the D60 has a three point AF system, and the D3000 has an 11 point AF), and a larger, better screen. That's about it.
