this is going to be my bike setup for 2008, tell me what you think, and if you have any suggestions for better , stronger or lighter parts.

2008 specialized p.2 cr-mo
rock shox argyle 318 or manitou gold labe series 11 9 ican't decide
sun ringle mtx rims, 24/24
sngle speed
avid juicy 5 or 7 rear brake , 6" rotor
deity cranks, white
deity bar, white
truvativ holzfeller stem
maxxis holy roller tires 24x2.4
the shadow conspiracy team grips
the shadow conspiracy cablke housing, orange
animal steve hamilton sealed pedals
animal sproket, 30 t

If I were you I would stick with dual 26. I have a 2007 P1 and with 26 the BB is very low. With the slightest turn while pedaling I will nick the ground with my pedals.

yes indeed. i have a 2007 P3 and with 26inch tires i am only about 6 inches above the ground.

i have a P2 and agree with the other guys about sticking with 26's. The P's have amazing geometry but they just arent made for 24s. sick set up though

For the fork i would get the rock shox argyle 318. I don't know about the other fork but i have the 318 and i love it.

Hmmm. I'd have to say the Manitou on this one, but they're both really great forks, from what I've heard.

P's have terrible geometry. What are you talking about, have you ever ridden a hardtale other then a P bike. The difference is great. I have a P2 right now, and am getting a new frame.

argyles ar sweet forks, go for one of those..defenately not marozacci, i am not a fan of those i have one and am not impressed
