Are you sure you want full sus? Have you tried one? I have ridden two full sussers and tbh they felt like shit aftter coming off a hardtial, one was a bighit and one was a a giant (forgot the make). There good if you are doing freeride/downhill and you cant handle the big drops, but imo a good hartail with a long-ish travel adjustable fork so you can dirtjump on it and ride downhill is great.

Just think hes going to end up with a bike that is going to be good, but he won't be able to use it to its full ability (imo, no offense meant to snaple), Its a top end jump bike. If hes set on it then fine, but he might get more out of a full suss or a long travel hardtail. idk...this is going downhill but not sure its worth spending so much at this stage....buut its up to you

:/Yeh i wanted a jump bike, decent money to spend was £500, but then i started getting into freeride and wanted more versitality so i could switch between the two, that was £300..it kind of racks up but i have a bike i can use for anything because i dont go that big, so i dont need full suss.

Yeah in all fairness towards me, im paying for most of it, and i will have this bike for a while. My term dh varies alot from others opinions.
