same as my mudhuggers which are velcro'd on.

Any chance you could tell me how you did that and share some pictures?

Same, sounds like a great idea!

You can just buy double sided Velcro strip and use it just the same as zip ties

10/10 for just the color matching alone Beer .
9.5/10 for the bike its self, a little too burly for my tastes, still sick build spec tup . That drivetrain is something else entirely! Gold cassettes/chains make any bike look better.

Here's my franken build... 2018 Giant Roam "Hybrid" frame, with upgraded everything. Feel's/rides/looks exactly they way I want. When you can't afford something nice, you take what you can get, and make it good Big Grin . Still not finished thou, trying to find a good set of new, or gently used wheels, that have/can be setup for 9mm qr. It's a lot harder finding a reasonable priced set, then I first thought, any pointers you could give me? Thanks, and hope it too ain't ancient for all your eyes Razz .

The bike looks amazing 10/10! How did you polish the bike to be that shiny?

thanks George & wcr for the nice words.

I rubbed the frame down with various grades of wet sandpaper right after unboxing and polished with a metal polishing compound and soft cloth. It shines quickly with a bit of a rub and the shine lasts for a long time. It scratches easily though and the areas that take the most abuse, (like under the down tube) are scuffed with a 3M scouring pad, not polished.

Looks great from about 1 meter away, but the scratches are evident when viewed close up. This bike works hard and takes lot of abuse.

Cheers!
J.J.

I beg to differ 7.5/10. Cool geo, color scheme, and angles could be better, but other than that, great bike!

It's the effing name of the forum, if they don't rate the bike above then kill it with fire. Speaking of which, it's absolute garbage and if bikes could be aborted this one should have been. 0/10
