gear cable IS linear (the wires in the housing run parallel vs being wound around

linear brake housing has wire wrapped around the linear wire

I hope you don't weigh much more than 100lbs, that velvet's gonna fold. At the very least it'll start creaking on you.

I wouldn't say fold but yes it will start creaking once you begin to hit bigger stuff on it

No offence dude but I doubt you're gonna learn whips within a few months if you've never tried them before. They're the most difficult trick ever to learn, takes most people a good year/two years to learn. Not tryna be a dick or anything, good luck haha

dont listen to this cat. i sold my velvets to my roomie who weighs 180-190 lbs. no creaking, and far less flex than my 32 floats.

Thanks dude, I can land them in foam pit on my Babah Terror, its just nailing them on dirt, then on the bigger bike. Im sure I'll be fine lol

I find that locking the brake helps to snap it around
