Yes. You can.

Its stated in the instructions that 130mm Circuses can only go down to 120. But that was the first and second gen forks. Not sure about the latest one. I'd Check with Manitou.

I was going to say the same. It's super easy to lower a 100 to 80, 130mm aren't supposed to be lowered to 80 though. There is a way to do it, but it will void your warranty.

Frame was ordered through Bike24 from Germany, shipping to the States was pretty reasonable.
