Alright guys, pretty sure I'm gonna build...so one last question. Having a hard time finding a nice complete wheel set on the cheap, they don't need to be hardcore just as long as they have a welded seam. Something like Azonic Outlaws, any opinions?

What about a Partymaster? Its 26 but I bet it should ride well on 24's

There's a couple of shorter dudes out there riding 24's on their Partymasters. They seem to be happy.
