Yeah no most DH frames average 10 with a shock the least I could see that at is 8lbs.

8 flat with shock is -very- light. 8 without shock is pretty good. Unofficial weight I found of it? 12.35 with shock.

I actually really like this bike, I recomended it to someone. It just looks like a really good qauality and nice dh bike. If I didn't fix my dh bike I would maybe look at getting a Wilson.

Anyways this is my bike, a 2004 Norco Atomik. Have had it ever since I got it, had it stolen, ruined it with paint and then got it fixed. Other than that I happen to think this is a pretty good bike for an older bike.

this is my new whip! got it last friday!

im going to be selling wheels cranks and chainguide. as it sits it weighs 37 pounds. with new wheels. gravity light cranks and MRP guide it should be about 35 pounds complete.

this bike is the fastest DH rig i have ever rode. and would suggest it to any serious racer. next in line i'd suggest the 303 the DHR the 88 then sunday. i have rode them all

Preferably a new one, i can find them for around £1300. I haven't fully decided weather or not to get that or a Nox HC 8.0, as 8" travel might be more UK freindly with the majority of tracks being short sharp and technical rather than long full sprint world cup tracks.
