Extremely funny, don't do a dual crown fork. The Lyrik is pushing it, but it will be fine, I think a 2010 Rev would suit you a bit better but thats up to you.

i would just put some 160 mm forks on it better rims bars and stem and itll handle totaly diffrent

Hmmmm not too sure about 160mm forks, the axle to crown would be way over the recomended maximum and the headtube on the ex is not particularly over-built. It might raise the bb and alter the seatube angle relative to what it was before enough to ruin the ride. If you can afford it revs or floats/vanillas would be great at 140mm or you could go for the odball choice of some DUC32s which have a very low axle to crown height for their travel.
