My 2 obvious choices are Le Pink and rampant. I have never come across any of them with bad welding. Once I build up my pinscher I know that I'm going to be looking for a small travel suspension bike. Those 2 will probably be my options.

Get a pike or argle fork, halo freedom disc rims on pro2 hubs, NS bikes Districts on a DMR swarm stem, raceface cranks, Small block 8 tires ---> sorted!

24" or 26"? If 26" go something like Mavic 721's on Hope pro IIs or NS hubs. If 24" try Pimplite or Runaway rims.

yeah 721s are also a good plan so halo freedom disc or them would be my choice.
