Stolen Banshee scirocco in Ottawa?

So i saw some drunken 40 something guy at the beer store on carling ave near maitland in ottawa who was riding a bluish banshee scirocco with hayes brakes and a black (looked like a marzocci) fork with custom decals, basically this dude had no business owning a bike like this. Just putting it out there if anyone has had one stolen. It's a pretty sure bet that this guy is a return customer. Saw him today at about 4:30.
