Something practical, but sexy like the luminous bike below is my style. I hate coloured parts like the red wheels, tyres, tape and chain etc. just looks wrong on any bike. That's just my taste. Maybe others opinions will be different, but that's mine. I do love conversions as I'm building one, but mine will be nothing like that.

New wheels.

My current project:

Completely agree, the green/red just looks tacky imo

Probably an 8.5 for me! Love the yellow, it's a solid build with a decent spec

. You don't even know who I am lol . It's a cheaper bike all I do is cruise around so it works for me . I just upgrade parts when I have to. I don't need the best

Yup.
. If mine looks too big so does yours . Your seat sits the same height as mine if that's what your judging by

dude what are you on about?

On road bikes and track bikes (fixies included) the saddle almost always is above the stem height, that's how the bikes are designed to fit.

If you've got full leg extension with that saddle height then the bikes too small for you. If not, raise your saddle to the right height and take another pic, I'm certain it'll be marked up this time around.

Doesn't matter if my saddle is higher. It's probably your first fixie and is in no way aesthetically pleasing to some one who has been riding for years.

New crank will be nice... 6.5 as it stands.

Why would you get duraace cranks when you can get the ultegra ones for half the price. Much better value and more money for other upgrades.
