Suggestions

Do you use single-finger breaking?
Different, more comfortable brake set-up.
Also over time your hands will become stronger and get use to it.

Set your brakes up correctly so you don't need "two fingers at the very least". There is no reason why you need more than one finger for braking.

CHANGE YOUR BRAKE POSITION AND YOUR LEVER REACH.

lol, I had this happen and when you are in your aggressive position, standing, arms bent you will want your wrists straight with your forearm, you want it to be in a straight line also you don't want you lever reach way the hell out there, bring it in a bit to where it is comfortable when your hands are resting and you should see an improvement, also thicker grips can help because they keep your grip looser but this won't make as big of an improvement as changing your lever position.

also work on grip strength (ie. Forearm training)
