i may be way off but lapierre seems to have both. ifyou look at their bike range they seem to have bikes with fox and shimano or rockshox with shimano ect.. i thought the same when i saw one of there am bike ads.
i have put the havocs through hell and back. excellent wheelset. very stiff for how light they are. also very good build quality. been riding them for 8 months. they require retentioning to stay stiff but what wheel doesnt. however if you plan on using them for true DH you will ding them like with any wheel.
the hubs on my set are great. still smooth and tight after some pretty serious abuse . but i havnt rode these wheels in a lot of mud, rain, or in freezing conditions for extended time. so i cannot attest to their durability in poor conditions.
