I don't want to start a big fight, but after seing silverriders bmx video... gotta say that BMX is way more advanced than our freeride... I hope we can start kicking it up a knotch soon

As corny as it sounds I was a bit starstruck to be around all the riders we see in the movies and magazines but its cool to realize their just normal guys who happen to shred on mountain bikes! I got to meet a few of them and of course got to see them all ride the course, can't wait until 6pm EST for the Teva Best Trick Jam (after a day of riding there its a perfect way to end the day and get psyched for the big show on Saturday)!

Just got back from watching the Teva Best Trick contest, it was insane! Yannick Granieri won the contest and $1,000 with a double flip whip off the big jump! The weather was perfect and most were really throwing it down, a few held back (Semenuk only did a few runs, probably holding back for tomorrow)? In any case Highland put on a great show (thanks to Mark Hayes and his crew) and tomorrow should be insane!
