I've had several requests for yoga poses you can do at work to boost your energy, loosen up tight muscles and relieve any lingering aches and pains. Here are a few ideas, though it kind of depends on how enlightened your boss is! You can do the first four at your desk or on the floor and the second four standing up, wherever you can find space.

Nothing is more boring to me than watching a person doing yoga. But nevertheless, since I had a herniated disc, I am doing yoga twice every day for 15min.
What helped to strenghten my weak core muscles was the large exercise ball (pezzi ball). And my physiotherapist knew about mountainbiking, so she showed me how to do the exercises the right way. I think it is always better to have someone to check what you are doing.
Have you tried the Balance or Strength challenges? I think they are probably the hardest in the series.

I would try to do some stretching and mobility at least a couple of times a day. You could break up the routines into individual stretches or 5 minute chunks.
