Alpine Bikes Winter Series Rd 3 Preview

This coming Easter weekend the 22nd and 23rd of March at Innerleithen in Scotland sees round three of the Alpine Bikes Winter Series. Another new track has been marked out at the World famous Innerleithen venue that is commonly known as the “Mecca for downhill in the U.K“.Now talking of “World Famous”, just checkout some of the top names that have confirmed their attendance:

Marc Beaumont, Dan Atherton, Gee Atherton, Rachael Atherton, Helen Gaskell, Matt Simmonds, Tom Braitwaite, Julien Camellini, Neil Donoghue, Si Paton and Nigel Page.


Saturday is practice all day followed by a Trials Team display between 19:00 and 20:00 in the large car park next to the Traquir Arms on the corner of the high street.

Sunday is race day, practice in the morning and then it's straight into racing after lunch followed swiftly by podiums and wheel-spins off before dark!

Innerleithen also has several graded XC routes so come along and hit up the XC trails, stop off and watch the Worlds best down hillers then mingle in the pits. We have laid on a large marquee, toilets, caterers, sound system, live timing and commentary.
